This one is ALL about sculpting strong, lifted legs and glutes while keeping my signature Pilates Body control. Expect slow, intentional movement, deep muscle activation, and that shake-that-makes-you-stronger feeling by the end.

Equipment (ALL optional):
• Resistance band
• Heavy weights (I’m using 10 lbs)
• Gliders — no gliders? No problem. Grab paper plates, socks, or a washcloth and you’re good to go 🙌
