45 Min Pilates Upper Body Sculpt for Arms, Back & Shoulders

This 45-minute pilates upper body sculpt targets your arms, shoulders, back, and chest
with intentional, controlled movement using both heavy and light weights. Plus optional wrist weights, gliders (paper plates lol) or a pilates ball.

In this video, you'll move through a full upper body sculpting sequence using heavy weights,
light weights, and gliders. Ankle and wrist weights are optional for added challenge.
Perfect for intermediate practitioners who want to build lean upper body strength without
leaving the mat.

EQUIPMENT:
- Heavy weights (I'm using 10 lbs)
- Light weights (1–3 lbs)
- Gliders (or paper plates/socks)
- Ankle/wrist weights (optional, for added burn)
