This quick, express class is designed to sculpt your arms, strengthen your core, and energize your body when you’re short on time. In just 15 minutes we’ll move through intentional Pilates exercises that help build strength, improve control, and create length through the body from the inside out.
This workout is also meant to be repeatable. If you’re in a rush, one round will absolutely do the trick. But if you want to turn up the intensity, try completing this class 2–3 times in a row to really deepen the work, add a little extra sculpt, and get that satisfying Pilates sweat.
All you need is:
• A mat
• Light weights (anywhere from 1–3 lbs)
As always, equipment is optional, so feel free to follow along with just your bodyweight.
